Located on Singer Island for a coastal getaway, a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat just minutes from the beach.

Perfect for families, couples, and small groups, this home combines modern comfort with a relaxed beach atmosphere. Guests can easily walk or bike to the beach, enjoy local restaurants and cafés, or explore nearby parks and snorkeling spots.

🔑 Check-In Information

Check-in begins at 4 PM.

Your door code will be sent before arrival and will activate at check-in time.

If you would like early check-in, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate if the home is ready.

🚗 Parking

Please park in the free designated spaces located along the left side when facing the property. Only one spot available.

• Please do not block the street or neighbor driveways
• No parking on the lawn

If you have additional vehicles or larger vehicles, please contact us in advance so we can help coordinate parking.

🚲 Bikes

Bikes are available for guest use.

Located in the locked shed on the side of the building (shed to the left)
Code for the shed lock and bike lock is 1224 &1225

An air pump is located in the laundry room if needed.

Please keep shed and bikes locked whenever not in use using the combination lock provided.

📶 WiFi

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

🔥 Outdoor Grill

If you used the outdoor patio or grill, please:

• If you used the grill, please clean the grill

• Turn off the grill and propane after use
• Allow the grill to cool before closing the lid

Please help us keep the outdoor space clean and ready for the next guests to enjoy.

🗑 Trash

Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday.

Please place trash in the outdoor garbage bins located on the left side of the building near the parking area.
Trash pickup is Wed & Sat early am

If your stay includes a trash day, we appreciate you placing the bins at the curb the evening before pickup.

📺 TV Instructions

Both TVs are smart TVs.

Turn on the TV with the remote.
Use the home button to open streaming apps.
If you log into your personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.
Please remember to log out before checkout.

🏖 Beach Gear

Please rinse any beach equipment with fresh water before returning it so it stays in good condition for future guests.
