Property Overview

• Canal behind the property, a great spot for fishing

The home is centrally located in Palm Beach Gardens and close to beaches, shopping, golf courses, and restaurants.

🔑 Check-In Information

Check-in begins at 4 PM.

Your door code will be sent before arrival and will activate at check-in time.

 

If you would like early check-in, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate if the home is ready.

🚗 Parking

Free parking is available in the driveway.

​

• Up to 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway
• Please do not block the street or neighbor driveways
• No parking on the lawn

🗑 Trash

Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday.

 

Please place the garbage bins at the curb the evening before pickup.

​

Please place trash in the outdoor garbage bins located on the side of the house.

📶 WiFi

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

🔥 Grill & Patio

If you used the outdoor patio or grill, please:

​

• If you used the grill, please clean the grill

• Turn off the grill and propane after use
• Allow the grill to cool before closing the lid​

Please help us keep the outdoor space clean and ready for the next guests to enjoy.

📺 TV Instructions

The living room TV is a smart TV.

​

  1. Turn on the TV with the remote.

  2. Use the home button to open streaming apps.

  3. Log into your personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.

  4. Please remember to log out before checkout.

🏖 Beach & Fishing Gear

Please rinse any fishing and beach equipment with fresh water before returning it so it stays in good condition for future guests.
