House Rules 

👤 Guest & Reservation Requirements

• The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Up to 2 additional daytime visitors are allowed without prior approval but must leave by 10 PM.
• Any additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy must be approved in advance.

If unapproved additional guests are detected, the host reserves the right to charge a $50 fee per extra guest/visitor.

🌙 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Please be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

🚭 Smoking Policy

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking inside the property.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

​

• Please use proper containers for cigarette disposal.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, yard, or patio.
• Make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished before disposing of them.

Thank you for helping keep the home clean and safe for all guests.

⛔ Rule Violations

Guests who violate these rules may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund, at the host's discretion.

🎉 Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

If a party or event is detected through security systems, neighbor reports, or law enforcement, a minimum $1,000 party violation fee will be charged.

This fee does not include additional guest fees and must be paid before checkout.

🐾 Pet Rules

• Dogs only, with prior host approval.
• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• A $75 pet fee per pet must be paid before arrival.

Guests must follow these pet guidelines:

• Clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly
• Pets must be on a leash outside
• The backyard is fenced but not fully secured for pets
•If you leave your pet unattended in the home, please secure them in a kennel or crate

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Pet blankets are provided for your convenience

Please be considerate of guests who may have allergies.

• No fireworks on the property
• Alcohol consumption must comply with legal age requirements
• Guests must respect neighbors and the surrounding community
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated
