Check-Out Instructions

• Wash any used dishes or place them in the sink.

• Dispose of all food items you do not wish to take with you.

• Wipe up any major spills.

If you used the outdoor area:

• Clean the grill after use.

• Turn off the propane.

• Fully extinguish any fire pit fires.

• Allow the grill to cool before covering.

Please leave the outdoor area clean and ready for the next guests.

Before leaving:

​

• Ensure all faucets are turned off.

• Leave RV controls and settings as found.

• Report any issues or damages that occurred during your stay.

• Place used towels in the bathroom.

• You may leave beds unmade so our cleaning team can easily identify used linens.

• No need to remove sheets or start laundry.

Thank you for helping us prepare the RV for the next guests.

Before departing:

​

• Set the thermostat to 76°F.

• Turn off lights.

• Turn off small appliances.

• Ensure the fireplace is turned off.

Please ensure:

 

• Windows are closed.

• Entry door is locked.

• Outdoor items are returned to their proper location.

• The property is left secure.

• Place bagged trash in the outdoor garbage bins on the side of the garage.

• Do not leave trash inside or outside the RV.

• Ensure all food waste is properly disposed of.

Before checkout, please:

• Log out of personal streaming accounts.

• Turn off the TV.

• Leave all remotes in their original location.

• Gather all personal belongings.

• Check closets, bathrooms, loft areas, and under beds.

• Don't forget phone chargers, tablets, and other electronics.

• Send us a quick message when you've departed.
