This guide will help you easily operate the RV’s key features so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

This RV is already connected to power and fresh water for your convenience. While RVs work a little differently than a traditional home, everything is simple once you know how it works.

RV Golden Rules (Please Read First)

Never flush anything except RV-safe toilet paper
Always add water before using the toilet
Do not operate the slide-out or awning
Do not leave the fireplace or stove unattended
If any tank reaches 2/3 full, stop use and contact Dave immediately
Do not force any switches or controls

🔑 Check-In Information

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

Your door code will be sent before arrival and will activate at check-in time.

If you would like an early check-in, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate if the RV is ready.

📺 TV & Entertainment

The living room TV is a Smart TV.

Turn on the TV using the remote.
Open your preferred streaming apps.
Log in with your personal accounts if needed.
Please remember to log out before checkout.

📶 WiFi

Password: Provided before check-in

High-speed internet is available throughout the RV and outdoor patio area.

🔥 Fire Pit & Grill

Please enjoy the outdoor living space responsibly.

• Clean the grill after use

• Turn off the propane when finished

• Allow grill to cool completely before covering

• Never leave fires unattended

• Fully extinguish the fire pit before leaving the area

Please help keep the outdoor space clean and ready for future guests.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available on the gravel driveway next to the RV.

• Up to 3 vehicles permitted

• Do not block the paved driveway

• No parking on grass

• If bringing a trailer or horse trailer, please notify us before arrival

🗑️ Trash

Please place all bagged trash in the outdoor garbage bins on the side of the garage.

Do not leave trash outside the RV, as wildlife may be attracted to it.

If the outdoor bins become full during your stay, please contact us for assistance.

Help us keep the property clean and enjoyable for all guests.

RV Toilet Instructions

The RV toilet works differently than a regular home toilet. It uses a foot pedal system to control both water flow and flushing.

Before You Use: Please make sure everyone in your group understands how to properly use the toilet and controls before operating.

Do NOT flush:

Wipes (even if labeled “flushable”)

Paper towels

Feminine products

Trash or food

How to Use

Press the pedal halfway to add water to the bowl before use
Use the toilet normally
Press the pedal fully to flush everything into the tank
Release the pedal completely so the valve seals closed
Add a small amount of water after flushing to help keep odors out of the RV

Half press = water

Full press = flush

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Not adding water before use

Not pressing the pedal all the way down

Letting the pedal stay partially open

Not adding a small amount of water after use

Flushing anything other than RV-safe materials

Shades and TV Lift

Controls are located on right of the sliding glass doors.

How to Use

Make sure all main switches are in the OFF position before starting
Flip one main switch to the ON position
Use the up or down arrows to raise or lower the shades
Operate one switch at a time
Make sure nothing is blocking the TV before raising or lowering it

Quick Tip

Always use the switches, never pull the shades by hand

Tank Level Monitor (Top Section)

Controls are located on left of the spiral staircase.

How to Use

Press each labeled button Black 1, Black 2, Gray and Galley to check the level of each tank
Watch the indicator lights on the right to see if levels are Empty, Low, 2/3, or Full
Check levels daily to stay ahead of any issues
If any tank reaches 2/3 full, stop using that system immediately and call or text Dave at (561) 231-0210.

Quick Tip

Staying ahead of tank levels helps prevent backups and odors inside the RV

Thermostat (AC & Heat Control)

How to Use

Press the center button once to wake the screen
Press again to select your main mode
Turn the dial to set your desired mode (Cool or Heat)
Press again to move to fan settings
Turn the dial to adjust the fan speed (Auto High or Low)
Press again to move to temperature
Turn the dial to set your desired temperature (73)
Press once more to confirm your settings
Allow a few minutes for the system to adjust
Keep doors and windows closed while running

Quick Tip

Make sure to select a setting in each mode for the system to work properly

Overhead Lights and Touch Dimmer Switch

Controls are located on left of the spiral staircase.

How to Use

Tap the switch labeled “Ceiling Light” to turn the lights on or off
Slide your finger up or down on the dimmer to adjust brightness
Release when you reach your desired light level
The lights will return to the last brightness setting when turned back on

Oven Instructions

How to Use

Press the oven knob in and turn it to start the ignition
Continue holding the knob in and look inside the bottom of the oven to confirm the small flame is lit under the grate.
Once the flame is steady, release the knob
Turn the knob to set your desired temperature
If the oven does not light, turn it off, wait a moment, and try again

Quick Tip

Always check for the flame before releasing the knob to ensure it’s properly lit

Stovetop Instructions

How to Use

Press and hold the burner knob, then turn it until the flame ignites
Release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired level
Always confirm the burner is fully lit before cooking
Turn the knob completely off when finished

Quick Tip

Use low for simmering and high for quick heating

Fireplace Instructions

How to Use

Press the power button (far right) to turn the fireplace on or off
Use the control buttons to adjust the flame color and speed
Set the heat level using the temperature button (fourth from the right), or run without heat for ambiance
Use the timer to choose how long the fireplace will run
Turn the fireplace off when leaving or not in use

Great for ambiance without heat, especially in warm Florida weather

Conserve Water

Water Conservation Guide

To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to prevent issues with the RV's water and holding tank systems, please help us conserve water during your visit.

Shower Tips

• Keep showers short (5–7 minutes is recommended).
• Turn off the water while soaping or shampooing.
• Use the showerhead pause switch when possible.

Sink Usage

• Do not leave water running while brushing teeth, shaving, or washing dishes.
• Fill the sink with a small amount of water instead of running water continuously.

Toilet Use

• Flush only when necessary.
• Only human waste and RV-safe toilet paper should be flushed.
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other items.

Dishwashing

• Scrape food into the trash before washing dishes.
• Wash dishes in a basin or sink with a small amount of water.
• Rinse efficiently and avoid letting water run continuously.

Why Conservation Matters

RV fresh water tanks and holding tanks are much smaller than those in a traditional home.

Conserving water helps:

• Extend the available water supply.
• Prevent gray and black tanks from filling too quickly.
• Reduce the need for service interruptions during your stay.
• Ensure a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
