The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Stuart, boat ramps, fishing spots, and the waterfront.

Check-in begins at 4 PM.
Your door code will be sent before arrival and will activate at check-in time.
If you would like early check-in, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate if the home is ready.
🚗 Parking
Parking is available in the driveway.

The home has central air conditioning.
• Please keep doors and windows closed while AC is running.
• Thermostat can be adjusted to your comfort.
• Please set the thermostat back to 77°F at checkout.

The switch for the back patio light is located in the laundry room.
🚿 Hall Bathroom Water
Please note the hot and cold water are reversed in the hall bathroom.

Turn the hot water valve to the right to turn ON.
Turn the valve to the left to turn OFF.
❄️ Windows & Doors / HVAC
If you plan to open windows or doors, please turn off the HVAC system first to prevent system issues and conserve energy.

There is a Bluetooth speaker built into the patio ceiling. Connect your device and enjoy music outdoors.

🔥 Grill & Patio
If you used the patio or grill, please:

Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday. Recycling pickup is Thursday only.
Please place the garbage bins at the curb the evening before pickup.
Please place all bagged trash in the outdoor garbage bins located in front of the house on the side of the driveway. Make sure the lids are closed after use.

This area is perfect for beach days and fishing trips.

Please rinse off sand and saltwater before returning it so it stays in good condition for future guests.
