House Rules 

👤 Guest & Reservation Requirements

• The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Up to 2 additional daytime visitors are allowed without prior approval but must leave by 10 PM.
• Any additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy must be approved in advance.

If unapproved additional guests are detected, the host reserves the right to charge a $50 fee per extra guest/visitor.

🌙 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Please be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⚓ Boat & Outdoor Area

This area is popular for boating and fishing.

• Boat trailers may be parked in the driveway if space allows
• Please rinse sand and fishing gear before bringing items inside
• Keep outdoor areas clean after use

📷 Security Cameras

For safety and security, exterior security cameras are installed outside the property.

These cameras monitor outdoor areas only.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces.

⚠️ Additional Property Rules

• No fireworks on the property
• Alcohol consumption must comply with legal age requirements
• Guests must respect neighbors and the surrounding community
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated

🎉 Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

If a party or event is detected through security systems, neighbor reports, or law enforcement, a minimum $1,000 party violation fee will be charged.

This fee does not include additional guest fees and must be paid before checkout.

🐾 Pet Rules

• Dogs only, with prior host approval.
• Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• A $75 pet fee per pet must be paid before arrival.

Guests must follow these pet guidelines:

• Clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly
• Pets must be on a leash outside
• The backyard is fenced but not fully secured for pets
•If you leave your pet unattended in the home, please secure them in a kennel or crate

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Pet blankets are provided for your convenience

Please be considerate of guests who may have allergies.

🚭 Smoking Policy

No smoking or vaping inside the home or in the enclosed patio area.

​

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking inside the property.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

​

• Please use proper containers for cigarette disposal.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, yard, or patio.
• Make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished before disposing of them.

​

⛔ Rule Violations

Guests who violate these rules may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund, at the host's discretion.
