Please load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.

Place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the outdoor garbage bins near the front of the building.

Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday.

Please place the garbage bins at the curb the evening before pickup.​

Thank you for helping keep the property clean.

Please rinse any beach equipment with fresh water before returning it so it stays in good condition for future guests. Foot was in the front and back yard. 

If you used the outdoor patio or grill, please:

• If you used the grill, please clean the grill

• Turn off the grill and propane after use
• Allow the grill to cool before closing the lid​

Please help us keep the outdoor space clean and ready for the next guests to enjoy.

Please ensure:

• All windows are closed
• Doors are locked
• If you used the backup key from the lockbox, please return it before departure.

• Please gather used towels and place them in the bathtub or bathroom floor.
• You may leave beds unmade so our cleaning team can easily identify used linens.
• There is no need to remove sheets or start laundry.

Turn off lights and appliances.

Before checkout, please remember:

• Log out of personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.)
• Turn off the TV
• Leave the remote on the TV stand or coffee table

This helps protect your account and prepares the TV for the next guest.
