House Guide

Check-in begins at 4 PM.

Your door code will be sent before arrival and will activate at check-in time.

If you would like early check-in, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate if the home is ready.

Two free parking spacing are available directly in front of the condo.

• Please do not block the street or neighbor driveways
• No parking on the lawn

If you have additional vehicles or larger vehicles, please contact us in advance so we can help coordinate parking.

The Laundry room is located in the back yard, inside a small storage room.

If you walk out of the back patio, follow the brick pavers towards the back yard seating area and look to your right. you will see a small table and a garage door.

The laundry machines are shared with the other guests.

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

If you used the outdoor patio or grill, please:

​

• If you used the grill, please clean the grill

• Turn off the grill and propane after use
• Allow the grill to cool before closing the lid​

Please help us keep the outdoor space clean and ready for the next guests to enjoy.

Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday.

Please place the garbage bins at the curb the evening before pickup.

Please place trash in the outdoor garbage bins located near the front of the building.

​

Thank you for helping keep the property clean.

Both TVs are smart TVs.

1. Turn on the TV with the remote.

2. Use the home button to open streaming apps.

3. Log into your personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.

4. Please remember to log out before checkout.

Please rinse any beach equipment with fresh water before returning it so it stays in good condition for future guests. Foot wash is in the front and back yard.
